These prices are what's wrong with this country.Why should he be making 2000 dollars an hour.Even after all his expenses he will still walk away with over 1500 dollars for one tooth.That's 25 dollars a minute,WOW. I think if these prices were lower many more people would have this done,but what the hell,why do twice the work huh doc.

Wow apparently this person has never owned a small business. First of all I am a dentist. Overhead in a dental practice is at least 75-80%.

I hope you remember that they go home to their estates and trophy wives and not give a rats ass you would like to call them at midnight because you are really hurt by the way they performed on the field last Sunday. They are really more worried about their next run in with the law (DUI spousal abuse, fathering children out of wedlock etc.)
